when a character is dead the two lying frames which ones do they use when they are dead?

Both.
Depending on how you got finish-hit, both are used.

damn is it possible i could add another which is used for both deaths?
also another question in the falling frames if i were to add more frames to it would it still go to the lying frames no matter what?

To the 1st point: I'm sure, that isn't possible. Lying and death is same for the system, with the only different, that it will put the character back to frame 0 after some time, if you still have hp.

To the 2nd: I don't know, but if i don't get soemthing wrong, the fall frames are a loop, which stops, when the character hits ground. So there wouldn't be a problem, to modifie that loop...

the lying frames work as random so when his dead he goes to any of them and it's the same as lying un dead
