i know it's not perfekt cause i've done it in single parts and it's very hard to find fitting parts and yes there are some problems at the neck between body and head ...

unfortinaly quality lowed down cause i had to transform it from my laptop to my handy to an other pc to an disket to this pc to imageshack

You could make it better in some easy steps.

First blur the dark lines between the head, legs and body.
Then blur the outline and add some more shading.
And in this example i used the "Artistic Blur"-effect from Photofiltre Studio, then in changend the color, shape and contrast a bit and the outcome was this:

Just work a bit on your frog, you can do it better.
