I'm currently working on a char i already posted into the demon sprites thread....i've done the running, walking and standing frames so far.. and i also did my first face pic ever

da char looks ok, but he looks like a person with 2 cones on his head! Try to make the horns better but the rest 9/10 great shading!

I'd add some black lines around the face to give it some clearer borders but other than that: cool stuff, I like it

k..ialso like the second better but i dont think that the char has to look different because of the face look..and yep..this is going to be a real char
