she looks very wired...
7/10 good job for a new comer but her face looks like jan and shes to pink...

Look at the original
http://koeiwarriors.co.uk/artworks/dw6/a-xiaoqiao.jpg and now look at his drawing... Jan is a very good model, so why shouldn't he use her? You did very well, I give it a 8.0/10

have to agree ...this is pretty good for the first sprite and also very close to the original.....there is also not much to complain about the shading...go on like this
