i was bored so i started spriting this.

how you like and rate.

and what is flat?

He meant, the head is to small depending on it's height.

a "o" is a "flat 0"

now that sprite looks good
the head is just a little big now
just erase some of the right side of his head ^^
his left arm is a little long, and his hair needs to be more blended, like have bits of hair on the side of his face, otherwise it looks like it is a wig!
other than that, a very good sprite!
7/10!

look at the first sprite you posted in the forums
and now look at the one you just posted
you've come very far.
some quick suggestions

where i have circled is where some hair should be. lf2 sprites usually have some hair at the back of their heads, instead of just the top
the hair is the only, prob, other than that, good work!

The shading at his crotch area make it look like his butt is on the front, you should probably shade it like this

You should move his buttons more to the right because it looks like his body is facing the player, and his head looking in an uncomfortable position. His left arm looks longer than his right
