And one more think I want to ask/suggest:
Imagine XYZ killed a bugbear with one morning star, and he is lying on the field (dead) Can we take his weapon while playing?

Yes, sure. That's also loot. Except it's better to pick up weapons when combat's over rather than during it, since it provokes AoO (Attack Of Opportunity).

A lot of people don't post + lack of time. If only one or two post per time, it's hard to be active.

Even if activity is low, there is still some. No reason to stop if people still check once in a while.
