Hey, I hope you are not too far already with the char.
Because, there is one thing that disturbs me.

The shading is too complex.
It is very smooth, unlike the LF2 Sprites. Those all have only one shading-colour (?).

So yea, maybe improve that? And if you don't exactly get what I mean, I can show you an example.
I'm on my way to school, so it's not a very good time to mess around in graphics-programmes.

well i have only finished punch attack but im to lazy anyway xD go ahed and imprive it... well im gona try to improve him in upcoming sprites but im not sure when i improve old sprites cpuse im SOOOO LAZYYY XP i dont ever improve mistackles i see myself couse im to lazy (like first punch.. ministry of crapp) well i want to make good char so enjoy ^^

äääähm i dont think so vandesdelca because:
1. the sprite has black hair, not white hair
2. the sprite has a bright blue shirt, not a nearly black shirt
3. the sprite has a white waistcoat, not a blue one
4. the sprite hasnt a sword
5. the sprites waistcoat is a lot shorter than the one of the pic
