the shading is kinda bad and the hair...let me guess u just used paint??? try download some important programs like gimp photofiltre....
so is he suposed to represent ice power or whet??

well i think the shading isnt bad u just have to blur it with the programms price_freeza called.
and what is that in his hand? i think its a bow, and if it is one u have to change his colo i think or shade it more than it is at the moment, and i would add a cup 4 the arrows in this case

you should make characters from scratch.

because this one looks like a recoulred bat.

but still it is quiet good.

äh... maybe you could use your thread "my sprites" to post all this? because the forum would be very chaotic if there was another thread for every sprite.

And well, I think you mainly changed the brightness or whatever with a programm. Thats nothing bad, you can make quite good characters with it, but basically it is something only done with 1-2 steps with a programm.
What I wanted to say is that it is something we all could and it would look the same from everybody. That means that there is nothing we could tell you to make better, but it also is nothing special.
No problem, many beginners do that( me too but my first try looked worse)
In the sprite section you should show characters with something new, a weapon, a helmet, a sword, new hair.
Recolouring chars aren't very original, you know? They are nearly the same as the old one's( if you don't do datachanging).
I think you should go on with your other char in "my sprites". Something made by yourself is something we can discuss about( that's what forums are for) and something to improve your spriting skills.
Puh, long post. I should save it somewhere to just copy it next time
