The eyes look nice but everything else is just julian.

No offense, but it's just gamma-changed and don't look well.
I also don't like the idea, but at least I will give it a try. (cuz Julian is an evil char!)

Here my suggestion: use the Hue/Saturation function!

I merged your two other threads (all to do with sprites) with this one, so some of the posts (of this thread) might be in disorder now, because the posts are ordered by time posted. (Check the posts' subjects to see what they were referring to.)

Ok not bad at all.

The first one, the Bat isn't bad (lulz ), but it's not good filled.
My tip is to use "photo-filtre" and the "replace-color-range" function.
With that it's easy to cahnge colours.
The white julian is... not good. Just gamma changed.
I like the henry one. But what are the green things around him??

You can also pimp your chars with some copy and paste things. I mean like putting Louis armor on Julians shoulder or whatever :P

He wants to do something people haven't done already; so he made a ghost. I think there is a sword and shield in his hand, anyways it's not bad lol. It actually looks quite silly.

Hey if you want everyone to think he is a ghost do something about the legs. You could make the sword and the shield better.
