I agree with dragonXL, but you even have to know HOW to do it.
you can have the best program, without ideas there just cames sh*t out.
and i know that you used photofiltre, because there is a standard-bg on jans face and behind ice-sorcerer ( ha, sherlock holmes )

right, a photomasque-pattern, but thats not all-> I had to Hue, balance, replace color, swar RPG-channel and giving them an inverted layer.

Scorpion, it seems that you're kinda contradicting to yourself, the lasat picture you posted is from Adobe PS while you wanted to know it for PhotoFiltre.
And inverting layers in PS actually belongs to the basics...
