well, ending is easy with the "move after death" technique.( search mainsite)
Intro... don't know. Isn't easy I think. Maybe with a ball created while the into attack that prevents him from doing it again?

You can make some sort of intro in stage mode by spawning a certain object which your char will react to. However, you cannot directly begin with a certain movement, therefore, you'd have to edit the starting frame in the exe.
Ending.... well, move after death is probably the only/most efficient thing to do. But actually, I doubt that you'll really need it anyways :P

You'll need a 'Dummy'-character for the intro.
The Dummy is selectable and the first 'standing' frame (and crouch2) have a next: to a special set of frames (your intro), after which the Dummy will transform into the real character.
