Uhm... Seriously, it's just copy&paste... You should really think of adding a feature or something making the sprite look original...

This character looks very good!
I am too lazy to go download it, but judging from the screen and the GIF it's a creative character with original moves.
And the fact that you present it so well with screenies and even a GIF gives you an extra star

Sprites' re quite original and well done. The combo look nice even though the leg when he kick his opponent down look a bit weird.

Overall: A well made char. You keep getting better and better with you spriting skill as well as your combo making skill.

Keep up the good work.

On the first look i haven't even noticed, that it were copy&pasted XD And afterwards i only remember Bat-Head... and maybe pants of Davis, but the pants look same on most characters anyway ^^

+Clear installation instructions in the Readme
-Lack of well presentation in this tread (but gets compensated by the awesome looking sprites)
-The Readme isn't telling you anything about the moves, only giving the keycombinations is RUBBISH (everyone knows the basic 7)

-The breathing is a BIT harsh... 3 pxl?
-You could make the legs in the running frames standing out a bit more... it looks like he is stumbling
-Btw, Leg&Feet are to small in total o.O
-There isn't a run_attk... the standard kick looks failing there
-Superpunch SUCKS... The guy is using his kicks everywhere and there he suddenly punches
-The jump_attk sprites are the same as dash_attk... That looks strange, he seems to be laying in midair
-Several of the wpoints (in basic moves!) are missplaced
-The color of his arms is changing in some frames (defend/broken_defend)

-Omg, in the last kick frame he's broken his leg XD (or it looks like at least)
+Nice move (sprites+DC)
-Maybe a bit to much dmg for such a simpel and quick move

+Nice idea and a goood usage of state: 100
-STOLEN SPRITES OF NTSD!!! Seriously, they even said (in the NTSD loading screen) it's NOT ALLOWED to copy theire sprites...

-Cheap copy of Dennis' DvA
-Completely useless, due you have the way more useful D>A

+Well timed move
-But still sometimes you will only hit 2 times.
-This multiple kicking sound doesn't fit sprite/move itself
-The move will be done even without having hit an enemy: Use some kind:3 to prevent that from happen...
-And i found a funny bug that makes him going like a rocket, if the 1st hit misses

-Can't hit the opponent with that part
-And punching on kick character is still strange

+Nice combination

-Up to now i haven't found this move with the white stars... seems like it should be the D^A one, but there aren't appearing any stars

In total a couple of nice sprites... but their quality isn't that amazing, nor are the "few moves", which are only one long combo, splitted into multiple parts.
