Great sprite!
The fact that his shoes are thin isn't annoying or something to me... In fact, it mostly enhances the overall feeling of the sprite! Not much more to add... Maybe trying another base then Davis or starting to draw from scratch could be something for you to try out? Thanks given by: XLittlebob252

You can try drawing a template before the actual sprite so you can adjust and preview his position without having to resprite you work.
