I guess the Nave isn't talking about performing the move. He is talking about DC'ing it. I don't know the move, but if Nave says so... then it has to be damn hard.

Have you seen LutiChris when he's holding a light object? It looks like the object is floating.
It also looks weird when he runs and throws it.
