Yup, recently they have put this in the register place.

I have registered before and even with that I can only stay in town mode, can't play. As I said in another topic here, they made the game more exclusive to HK.

Still, there is no real point to play it YET, because if you ain't from Asia it will lag so much with other players, that you will be mostly forced to play the game alone, in stage or mission mode.
