wich sprite is the best (bad english)

i have two sprites...
one is lf style and one is normal sprite...
i need to choose one for a contest(in other place)...
in the contest i can put one sprite(any style)
the sprites are my first and second sprites..

Second one has a better pose. I'd call the first one pseudo-lf2-style; it'd require a little more work. Stick with the second one, add some shading and you're done ;)
Originally, I referred to your first post. It looks a little more realistic. LF2-chars are very stylized and chances are high that other people are not too fond of that style. Only exception would be if you bring up a REALLY well-made sprite. That'd take a bunch of time, tho.

At least, I see from your last sprite that you're already familiar with shading. Our guy should also get a few highlights, don't you think?

As others said, this is better! Just strech him a bit(horisontally), add shade and you are done.

EDIT:
@bp: It doesen't happen a lot (I would have said never, untill now rolleyes ), that you can say don't double post (previous formulation was better) to an Admin. I mean I just had you use the opportunity. :)

sure the second one is a lot better but one thing that is bothering me is that lf2 chars are fat and a bit short i think.but great work.
