Thought, that it's time to write about my self.
I've started LF2 long time ago... When friend told me to play that game. I've played it, and soon I've became that... hm... sprite renaming dude (You know when You switch davis ball with julian ball bmp's...).
Years passed, and then somehow I've googled LF2.5! That was awesome, - I remember. Played it almost all day long :P , then suddenly I saw R-LF2 on YouTube, and wanted to download it too... First I was searching for links and downloads, but haven't found anythink.
Untill some rainy day, when I was jealous looking at YouTube's R-LF2 video. Then I saw some dude wrote the link: www.lf-empire.de.vu (old link). Became more time when I've discovered that in LF-Empire is Fileplanet! Then I've found R-LF2 and played it more than LF2.5.
Then somehow I've began to open .dat files with notepad. ''That is very... confusing'' , - I thought. Then, when I was 'checking' LF2.5 .dat files, I've found that thing: ''Data changed by Jiquera's Data Changer''. That was awesome! I've google'd ''Jiquera Data Changer'', but haven't found any matchs... Then, suddenly, I've remembered LFE! Found there a DC pack, and downloaded it, at that time I've done very weird things with .dat files, like somewhere somewhat changed to 200000000...
But that was not very long time, when I saw tutorials on LFE. I've messed up with injury and created first char! Red Monk, or Bob for short (Download HERE).
Then all DC stuff was going into my head very fast. Created first mod, where all chars have been changed injury: and opoint/facing: , but still, that was piece of work (I won't give You download link, 'cuz it's the same like Bob)...
Then I've registered on LFE forums.
I've became Advanced DC'er since then, and now I'm working on some proects, like: StarCraft-LF2, helping CoH team, S-Lf2 (aka super-lf2).
About LFE: Have very nice community here and teached me very much. I have to thank a lot, but dunno how... I think I'm helping alot of people here, but I know it is not enough for that DC knowledge I gain. Thanks LFE!!!
That's my biography, I know it's kinda boring

okay, it were around year 2004 when i first encountered LF2 (didn't play it). i thought: "how brutally he is burning those poor chars!".after that i didn't remember it before my pal started to play it (around year 2006).there i thought: "i've seen that game before.".there i played it (with LouisEX). i didn't know how to do specials, and he didn't either. after i got back home, i downloaded LF2, and found out the special moves. D.C were unknown thing, so when my (not the person "introduced" before) pal said "LF2.5 has been released! my buddy told!" i were in shock, 'coz, as i said, D.C was unknown thing for me and my pals.we didn't find 2.5, and we forgot the game, until aroun year 2008 november i were bored, and remembered the LF2. started again the operation 2.5, and found out it's a "mod". searched for "mods" and found LFE(in december of 2008).i downloaded mods from LFE, and when the interesting ones were downloaded, i found the forum (in january of 2009), but because i had to persuade my parents, i didn't join before.
thats it. ow my hands!

Probably about 2004. Found a new friend, when I joined secondary school (English Year 7). He showed me a game with midget characters that ran around owning each other, of course I was going to be obsessed with the game for years... okay maybe not years. Well, I played and played it until I found out every characters moves... and so they released a characters move list '. "Damn" I thought, why couldn't they have done that sooner?
As years went be and I stopped playing it for some rather less amusing, worse graphic'd games such as Habbo Hotel and you guessed it, the likes of Runescape (I hate it with a passion now I restarted LF2). It took me many years to finally get back into playing LF2 - and I only started again yesterday, where I became intrigued as to how I could create new characters. But there are so many questions. What to change in the .dat files? How to make new moves? I became a fast learner of the coding and understand it all fully but... it's the sprites that trouble me, now more than ever.
I ask myself and will keep asking... do you have to split up the frames of the .bmp files with different movements? Because I DONT KNOW HOW. I'd love to learn to make a character I keep thinking, but I don't know how to do the sprites, so I'm going to be looking for help.
This is my story

I had to edit my newbish story.
So it all began 3-4 years ago. After school, me and my 2 friends where going to one of my friends's house. After we came they're me and my friends played Diablo 3 (i think) for long hours and then when my friend got bored he turned on a game with some awesome, thought little looking fighters. That game wasn't the original Little Fighter 2. As a matter of fact it was Little Fighter 2.5. After i came back home i got something to eat and turned on my laptop. Opened Google and looked up ''Little Fighter 2'' and i got plenty of results, but first i opened ''Little Fighter 2 Official Website''.
And the fun started after showing it to my friends. We all started playing it one time it was darn funny! 4 of us tried to play on 1 laptop. After one time trying find moves on Google i found a link ''Little Fighter 2 Global'' Of course it was fun and easy to install characters. But i needed something more than that... I registered to the forums and found out about the sprites folder. I did long, long stuff with it like putting my IRL head on Dennis's sprites. After that i wanted to have myself as character i didn't have GIMP nor did i had any skill at paint. So took Little Fighter 2.5's Dennis's putted his sprite sheets in Dao's and got a Dennis with gray clothes. And i had Yin Yin's character Silva and i took his head. And putted it on Dennis's body. And i was like hey he looks like me! So i posted him on the forum and i couldn't have believed that people didn't notice that's Silva's head. Thought people liked it i never finished Rock.
After all that flooding/spamming in LF2-Global :P. I registered to the official forums did the same crap i did in LF2-Global forums. When i noticed Gad. He was (and still is ) the best spriter i ever saw. Then i found out he uses gimp my sprites did improve. Then i heard people that talk about Data changing it was hard to find any help on the official website. But when i saw MH-Razen on the forums i noticed his signature had a link to the Little Fighter Empire - The official Little Fighter Fansite. I had to check it out. My English was really poor back then. So i didn't understand a word i reed in the tutorials for Data changing. At 2008 i registered to the forums for help. Since my English was poor. I tough that extend means copy so i posted a thread ''How do i extend Julian's col move?!?!'' I obviously it got disposaled and back at the official i sent LFE to hell.
After a year of boredom, Counter-Strike, Habbo Hotel and RuneScape i came back to LF2 and LFE at first i acted kinda newbie, you know new to the forum first post usually posting, while not even reed the thread. You will post something dumb. Or ask a question that's all ready answered (my option). But after some stupid posts, lame sprites i came to what i am today - A proud helpful 5 green star member of member of LFE.
THE END
Thank you for reading.

I first started playing this game about 6 months ago when my brother installed it, but I first saw it about 4 years ago. I first started data changing 2 months later, but before that I was only changing attacks and sprites. There were a lot of videos about LF2 and modded characters on the web so I wanted to make my own characters and then I found out about the data changer. I actually found it by accident. It was RamMichael's data changer, and at first all I could do is change the walking/running speed, jump height/distance mp costs and injury. I didn't know anything else until I red some tutorials. I first found out about the Little Fighter Empire about a month ago, well at that time I already knew all about the basics of data changing. I still decided to join the LFE partly because my brother told me to and partly because this way I can get help from other DCers about DCing since nobody plays LF2 In my Town.

Well, is i am completely honest with you, the first thing i did with DC is were i just edited some characters from the game NTSD, and when i edited them, i would check what would be different. Then i learnt something, which wasn't enough to create a good mod, then i made a One Piece mod, called One Piece Grand Battle, which was crap. I rushed most of the coding, everything was OP some moves were just stupid.
Anyway i re-made the mod into a better one, so it worked out in the end

All that started so:
I had buy a Magazine with a little CD as a addition. ->EDIT: I remember the CD, that was Screenfun.
I´ll starting the CD an see many little PC-games.
Once of them was LF2. I play that ecstasy.
After circa 1 month ago, i had tested a bit of the Data folder. My very, very first DC-acts are, to change the attacks (and Persons) with changes ID´s and Names from Data.txt. Yes, I found out alone, how can i play the specially characters. That was so funny that I wanted to know, how can i open the *"DAT"-files and make MORE.
Google, my best Frend, tells me about the Programm: -Data Changer-! First i tested a bit things, like Change Running speed. But all what i had make wasn´t save , so i stopt the DCing.
1, 2 or 3 jears later a found the CD from the Magazine again.
I hat try it again. Than i had read the first time the text, when i closed the Window. LOL!
I understood then finally that doesn´t asks for store ^^.
After, All what i had made in the DCing had runs, and that was sooo fantastic. Month later i would like to makes new attacks, with complete new funcions. My best Frend help me again, and tells me from LFE!!!! All my Dreams came true. All, what i would like to make, was possable, to today.
Love you MH for this Forum :>
Im seaching for spriters they would help me to finish the spritesheets from my new char Marth.. When you intereted please PM me

My story:
I was six years old (OMG XD), and my dad bought a CD (forgot the name.. possibly XP games), then I found LF2, installed it and really enjoyed it. After a few years my laptop was formatted and I installed LF2 (again), next I started to change Deep's sprite into Julian (and the result was crappy and I changed it back). 1 year later I "moved" into a new computer and installed LF2 (when will this ends? again? ) but I uninstalled it due to my uncomfortable keyboard. But I rethought about it and I learned about "how to press the keys correctly) so I reinstalled it again. I searched LF2 in the internet then and found LF2.5 (installed in my computer later). I tried to open the data file and it says that the file was created using Jiquera's data changer. I googled and downloaded it. Later I found the official LF2 mainsite and there's a link to LFE (which I thought was a game, so I just clicked it ). I found a guide to make a character and I started to make new one. The result was horrible ^_^ and then I found a mistake - The "next:"! I changed it and it started to work. What did I say was "HORRAY!" and now I'm studying how to DC and sprite and some tricks too.
