It's kinda amazing that lots of low experience spriters had joined, well at least 8/17 (in my opinion.)
I wonder who will win Apocalipsis or Siegvar.
I am back, not really.

For me, the decision stands between Apoc, Chishio and Siegvar.
Apoc's Dragon Armour sprite might be impressing, but the proportions and were not that good. He himself said he only looks at the skill required to create a certain sprite, but I don't agree with him on that. Color palette, proportions/stance and something as simple as correct shading is much more important than glow and details, (insert refference to Lauli's post). I love the concept of Chishio's sprite, but it looks somewhat messy. Shading could be worked on here. Siegvar's sprite is very close to perfect in my opinion. I bet it would look good even if you scaled it down to normal sprite proportions because it doesn't have that load of details every other sprite has. More can be less, and as we see here, less can certainly be more. The glow is a good contrast to the otherwise saturated palette. I don't know if Siegvar made the eyes looks upward on purpose, but it makes her look very nonchalant, like "Oh gee, here's Julian coming again..." and then she starts charging her powers. To sum it up, Apoc's sprite focused too much on details, Chishio's sprite looks a bit messy but has a great concept, while Siegvar's sprite had a simplicity and good use of glow. So my vote goes to Siegvar.

Those 3 first really pwn everything, but Gad made also awesome and funny sprite

Voted for Siegvar, Lutichris, Apoc, Alec and Chishio - the best 5 in my opinion. Probably my favourite is chishio's - absolutely amazing
One day, I shall become, TUTORIAL-MAN: Superhero of writing overly long, overly annoying tutorials which most people probably won't read, but will give it a stab at the first 5 lines!
