You need to highlight the beard and make it look more like a beard... Right now it looks like a necklace. You could try to do that by making the beard expand towards his mouth.

The outlines for the arms look pixelated, try mixing the shade of the arm with gradually more black towards the edges (like you did on the pants).

You could make the pants end a bit earlier than they do right now, but that is not really nescessary.

Hm I find the shirt which is, so far, just too plain. Got anything for the shirt?
I'll do something about the beard though. For the pants, I made it fall over the shoes on purpose. Thx for the advice ^^

There are so many things you can do on a shirt.
If i need an idea of what i should sprite i got out and look around what people wear.
Like:
A necklace.
A logo on the shirt.
A Vest.
And those are just a few possibilitys ;)

It's hard to judge when the sprite is so zoomed, but it looks pretty good :D

To the animation itself, it looks like his arms are bouncing up and down. Could you fix that? :P

Thx :D and aren't the arms supposed to move up and down?
I didn't really know how to edit the breathing frames. So by logic, on the 2nd frame I moved the body and head upwards by one pixel assuming that the arms stay at their place, 3rd frame move the arms along, and 4th move the body and head back downwards while arms stay up by 1 pixel.

Maybe it's not the right way to do it, can you explain briefly what I should do please instead then?
