Latest version of WC3

Somebody have an idea of how to install the latest version and play some mods like DoTa? i have the patch but it says something error, blablabla--
i've searched all over google... and all i've got is those fake version switchers.
somebody got helpful links? or some solution about this?

Does b.net work? That usually updates for me. That or go to their tech page
