argh if you want to do something while you wait for the tut just try to overpaint deeps walking sprites :P

well, it would help if we knew which program you are using for your sprites.
photoshop? gimp? photofiltre? paint.net?
then it would be easier to help you ;)

well anyway, here is my advice

using template as a base for walking, it is a lot easier as to where the legs are positioned.
but since your character is holding a big weapon, his arms dont have to move much.

you could base it off template, or if you used deeps legs for the base, then you can just paint over his walking ones surely?
