overall the pic it's self isn't tht bad...
i like the top arms better than the bottom 2, thye look flimsy, no muscle... (edit) +the bottom legs as well...

also the mini-julian hair-cut look pretty cool also...IMO

I love C&P's; that way I seriously like this sprite:

If you are making a char out of this - very very can't wait.

One suggestion - you can add some wepon to him. For instance original looking knife, or scythe (?).

I know this one is pretty simple,but I'd love to see a character fighting with a weapon like that. With some really cool melee attacks and jumps and... I'm running off the track.
Well, what can I say? You good pretty good at C&P. The evil army chief still has some dark-green pixels, but they are hardly noticeable. He definitely looks a lot better now. The Justin with new hair looks good as well. So does the baseball guy. Only major flaw I can spot is that the new LouisEx has very big legs. But other than that all are pretty decent. Now I'd like to see even more changes.

my favourite. he looks like... a fusion of freeze and freeze :P. if you make it into a char, hopefully, he should have ice swords! the rest look good, but baseball and louisex-edit don't look too appealing...(that baseball guy from scratch?(excluding bat))
