Converting a movie to a GIF (Taniaetc's Method)
#1
:thumbs up:
Basically, this is something to help guys who wanna post an animated screenie...
So here it is! PREPARE FOR THE DARK MAGICIAN GIRL'S EPIC SPELL!
1.Download the appropriate programs.
Here;
A Screen Recording Tutorial by JossuaDC There you can find the screen recording tut.
Where can you download Movie to GIF Converter.
If you're done downloading and installing then you have a movie ready to be converted, go to the next step.
2.Converting the Movie (DUH!)
Open the Movie to GIF (we'll say it as "MTG"). A nice and neat screen should appear. Now go to File -> Open Movie.

Open your movie file. Next is this:

Yes, click that feature. Now YOU decide where to save the GIF. After that go with this options:

Uncheck the second one if you're converting multiple files.
*After you wait for a while* VOILA! U'RE DONE WITH IT!
Check my mod's thread for a nice example GIF.
Special thanks to JossuaDC for his screen recording tut.

Hey, Tania.
I'm gonna let ya finish, but remember the program included in the pack I uploaded called 'VirtualDub'?

Well, surprise!

I'm not trying to de-motivate you or diminish the value of your tutorial, but if you already have VirtualDub installed, you can just use that program instead of downloading yet another one ;)
My projects:
=> Comet - LF2 ver.1.9/1.9c skin.
=> CRE - ComboRegenerativeEnemy.
