Well, shading and details and everything looks really nice to me, but the size and proportions... I mean,

If you have a blank 79*79 bitmap, you can start with the hair at almost the top and the feet should be at the bottom. Somewhere in between, legs and upper body should meet. When you compare your sprite to Woody, you can see that the main differences between them are the size of the hair and the length of the legs. Usually, legs should be a bit longer than the upper body. If they aren't the char will look stumpy. The chin of your sprite is quite close to Woody's one( height-wise), but the belt definitely isn't.
Just as a side-note: eyebrows are usually darker than the hair.
