yeah, agree with bp.
btw since he has only 2 moves, making some additional moves (like D>A + A or DvA + J) will make him a waesome catch-then-combo speed demon.

Very good and original, even though some bugs happen. (LF2 doesn't load jules_s, even if it's in his folder! Mad )
The acid needs some shading. And I hope you'll find more special attacks for him, because he's gonna be so-awesome-headless-char-ever.

Ah, this was a long time since I downloaded the last character. But definitely, Jules is one of the few characters that deserve being downloaded. The unusual sprite, paired with unusual moves create a really interesting combination. During my test-time, I did not stumble over any major problems (I blame my computer for not loading the _s.bmp-pic properly).
He is pretty balanced and, although I had hoped to have a little more moves, really fun to play with. I can imagine him being the leader of a Justin-horde or something like that.
As a little suggestion, in case you plan to update this char a bit, I would like to see an action when a char walks through the acid. Whether it is a state: 14-case or a dissolving of any character's shoe sole (which damages the now barefooted char); anything would be greatly appreciated.

All in all a great character and extremely fun to play with. Keep up the awesome work!

As for the _s.bmp:
I have compressed all the bmp files from 24-bit to 256-colours before uploading. Maybe something went wrong with the compression, I'll have a look at it.

LF 2 2.0- shows "couldn't create art surface" and continues loading.
LF 2 1.9- shows "couldn't create art surface" and crashes.
LF 2 1.9c- shows "couldn't create art surface" and crashes, too.
Tested on unmodded versions.
Any solution? Compress jules_s again.
EDIT: I suggest 24-bit BMP.

Oh man, this char is pretty darn awesome. And just for my amusement, i replaced Justin with Jules, and played the last stage of story mode. I reckon they are just as deadly as the normal Justin, except they dont know how to use the DvA properly.
I still got beaten.

Also, you forgot to include the whirlwind toss move (D>A when grabbing) in the readme.
