Didn't watch the game, but I caught some replays and it seemed like that. Jokes apart, Spain deserved victory.
But I fail to catch your logic here: if WC wasn't cheap, we'd be in the finals because others wouldn't have bought it :P. As it is, others buy the players and we lose. XD
