the char is simply awesome imo there is only one thing wrong. in the runing frames in the second frame just make his upper body go 1px up thats all.

That's pretty awesome, although I'd keep it the same, slower will make him look at slow motion (probably would no longer be considered 'super'). Yeah, you may not be able to see the legs move properly, would be like an illusion.

You don't have to make the whole body move faster, just the slashing motion of the hand. If he slash with that speed, it won't look like it have enough force.
