Is it me? Or is most of your sprites hair look alike? XD
Good work, but I'd say work on the light of the pants, and the shirt should be a more loose, looks tight (unless that's the desired act).
His necktie looks strange, looks more like a scarf, not sure though. :\

woah!!! tht would totally fit if it was a
girl...well not rly but if u somehow managed to fix it...would be great ;D
i think in order to do this reveal more hair (of the same color) her legs need to be thinner and a whole lot of less shading on the face to make it look normal....im not implying straight out tht all ur sprites look like the have fat cheeks (which maybe the case) it's just im sooo used to seeing tht...we need some change around here ;D
(edit)
btw enlarge the breasts even if ur not considering to make it a girl most guys have big chests...not small skrunhed up ones
u can also fix it by spacing out the arms away from the chest...but may cause it too look plain and flat...idk how to explain
don't be afraid to experiment...rly it's better than seeing the same ol thing....pardon the expression
but we need CHANGE!!!!

I agree with Kay. Maybe it would fit as a girl.

btw on a side note...i know this maybe a pain the arse for ya...
but 50% of ur sprites i proboally have not seen...
can u post all ur sprites on the 1st page in a spoiler?
tht way if i ever add u this weeks selection it could be a whole lot easier for other members to spot their favorites in tht one page... ;D

Add some wrinkles to the clothing, since the way you did the shading, looks like metal (without the highlight, of course). Nice stance, by the way.
