Introduction
Winnie is a wind-based character.
She is the replacement of my rep character because I think my designs cannot possibly be implemented in LF2 system.
The inspiration of Winnie is Windy in LFO.
Although LFO is dead and U1, its company is no more,
I don't wish to copy Windy's designs and moves to Winnie for former's lack of creativity.
Description
Winnie is designed to be at par with a fighter, and capable to be used by AI.

Under the look of an innocent blonde girl lies the wrath of a Tornado. Winnie is a wind-based character who flails wind blows and transforms into one. While she looks unskilled, clumsy and frail, she is particularly deadly in composing chain attacks and consumes less mana than other characters. Her unique transformation move, Tornado Spirit renders her invincible but drains her health and stops mana regeneration. Making use of her uneven capabilities will require considerable skill in prediction.

Gust of Wind

Summons a wind that travels in straight line slowly for half of screen, then disperses.
Cannot control direction.
If enemy is stunned by wind, he will be probably knocked away (dependent on initial knock distance)

First attack is a short clockwise spin kick to the front which stuns.
Pressing A will continue with a diagonal slap when landing and a third attack which she draws a slash.
Tornado Spirit

Transforms into her true form, becomes invulnerable. enemies in area will be rapidly damaged and repelled.
Drains 2.6% HP per second until HP is completely depleted, 4 seconds have passed or this move is cancelled. She does not recover MP in Tornado Spirit.
Computers will avoid Winnie.

Launch Tornado which propagates forward with constant speed for 0.4 screen length, then disperses.
This tornado is similar to Tornado spirit but propels forward.

Increased damage of Tornado Spirit and Launch Tornado from 4% to 5%
Reduced startup and cooldown interval of Tornado spirit from 14tu to 11tu
