Introduction
Winnie is a wind-based character.
She is the replacement of my rep character because I think my designs cannot possibly be implemented in LF2 system.

The inspiration of Winnie is Windy in LFO.
Although LFO is dead and U1, its company is no more,
I don't wish to copy Windy's designs and moves to Winnie for former's lack of creativity.

Description
Winnie is designed to be at par with a fighter, and capable to be used by AI.

Winnie features:
4 moves, 1 of them is special that makes use of type: 3 character property (click here)

If you want a more humane description, here it goes:
Under the look of an innocent blonde girl lies the wrath of a Tornado. Winnie is a wind-based character who flails wind blows and transforms into one. While she looks unskilled, clumsy and frail, she is particularly deadly in composing chain attacks and consumes less mana than other characters. Her unique transformation move, Tornado Spirit renders her invincible but drains her health and stops mana regeneration. Making use of her uneven capabilities will require considerable skill in prediction.

Winnie is as complete as a template in P1.

Includes actual sprites, but some could have improvement
Includes all actions
No moves
Data file is stable

Improved many transitions:

Motion of legs in running and running with heavy object
Broken defend
Dash attack
Halved rate of rolling, fixed centering
Quick fix for running weapon attack
Blockstun
Injured centering
Withdrawal from back attacks
Stance face is slight changed
Dress color palette partly fixed
