Introduction
Caesar is a character originating from Gad's creations, acting as a hunter-type character who specializes on setting traps and using moves that detonate at the standing point of enemies. Unfortunately, the original Caesar is a projectile spammer with insufficient regards to balance.
My rework on Caesar transforms him into a defensive character which although does not have solid melee, ranged, crowd control or combo abilities, is capable to deal rapid damage quickly, has sufficient utility and can punish reckless assaults heavily.
Description
Caesar is a balanced character with properties similar to Freeze, but with larger raw damage output. However his crowd control is much less stable and more relies on defensive maneuvers and therefore is easily overpowered by horde of enemies.
His moves relies heavily on stuns as opposed to freezing effect from Freeze. He can double his damage output against isolated enemies but has much less options for following combos with antiflips.
Lastly all his moves use same amount of mana.

I'd consider slipping jojokes into him, but I'd need some feedback first.
