Fixing from one char to other char problem.[sprite making]

Here >this< is the spriting method taught by MH i followed it But if i wanna Fix it the BG Color Disturbs fixing see >Pic< [might be noobish]

Select area with selecting tool.
Choose black color to bg color (click right button on black on pallet color)

Dude, i didn't clear understand what do you mean... Little mistake. I was thinking you need to move the head, but the black thing is disturbing ...
