hmm, the noise makes this appear kinda weird to me, especially the rings where you can't see any noise at all. Hmm, you might want to enhance the background a little, too. Start with star clusters and after getting the feel for it, go on with nebulae (<= believe or not, but realistic nebulae and galaxies are extremely hard to create). btw, why is there some noise missing on the left side?
You should continue working with it; take some time and burn everything that you have out of Photoshop!
