Ah, good times drawing in the ol' notepad. I used to draw the same way. Everyone started off drawing the general anime chars and the infamous DBZ chars. Good times indeed

Your ideas are good. These can become even better as sprites on your PC. The art with half human and half Android is the best one I think.

Before putting them on pc you might wanna take some classes on proportions.

The proportions seem good as normal humans but not as those suited for LF2.

its not meant bad, but you should look into some book who tell you to draw manga chars.
and your ideas are quite nice, and when you improve you drawing-skills a bit more, your drawings will become very good
