[solved] character height
#1
Hi, this is my first post. I just want to ask if the character height can be changed. Do you just create sprites then change x,y,w,h values? Thanks.

there are just a few things that you'll have to change, first, you'll need a new sprite sheet. Get the new height of the character (I hope you know what I mean), then change the w: and h: values in the top of the dat-file, and you'll need to change the centery: value in each frame (maybe also the centerx:).

...what I really don't like...
pretty much everything that involves coordinates...
Bad idea if you want to finish a character really quick, but good if you want to get used to use coordinates...

I think setting up the coordinates and everything yourself is more enjoyable.
It doesn't take all that long either, I made Eigen in a day (well yeah, true, he's crappy but still, it really doesn't take that long :V).

But yeah preferences!
