" cant connect to server " HELP!!!

i becoming mad trieng to connect to others servers in the LF, and others servers cant conncect to me.
i tried everthing; direct ip, firewall, antivirus, vercion, correct number...
the only think that i cant know, is abou the location (im living in argentina )
but, it cant be, because, there are players from all the world playng whitou problems, even in rusia and yugoslavia.
so, in only want one thing: HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP MEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

ice can't connect to other persons, he has already tried things like
deactivating his firewall and antivirus but it doesn't work (we spoke about (?) hamachi)

Then download the hamachi dud, almost everyone has it.

Just download it and you can create a LAN with anyone.

he already uses hamachi but he get the standard error message when he connect to annother player :
"can't connect to server"

Then he must update his hamachi version.
Or even he hadn't connected to a LAN in the hamachi :P

i repeat, i tried everthing. i ven talking in the hamachi but nobody can help me (even i talked to the admin of here )
i talked to a guy ( i dont remember the nadme, sry ) and magicaly i conected, i played a few times ( i dont win 1 ) but, there continues the problems, whit this guy, ( at the 90º trye to connect or wait ) i connected to him, whit the direct ip.
the problem is still here. i-cant-connect.
some help?
yea, i shut down the firewalls and antivirus, there are no lan problems, im using a direct modem, the hamachi is updated, and i have a good internet ( nearly 2 mgs)

Sometimes the problem appears who connects to whom. Yesterday, I had some fights with some other guys, and we had the problem, too. When my opponent was waiting, and I tried to connect, it told me that the connection failed aka. "Can't connect to server". However, when I was waiting and my opponent was connecting to me, it worked fine. Have you tried to wait while your opponent connects to you or the other way round?
