I was thinking on a whole new char for LF2, and thought that on the main chars any of them uses water as element, just Freeze, but it's more Icy 
So i started moving on this guy, doing the ideas, and other few thing, and now i'm looking for a dcer, cause i wont be able to do it alone.
I just drawed his face, paint on photoshop and here it is.
Name: Hyuuken

Argh, this would be a great idea, but at the moment, exams are coming up, so I can't help you with the DCing matter 
Something to say about the face: try to blur these shadows and highlights so that it looks a little more similar to the original chars. Also, add some more shading to the clothes. Nice work, btw

I suppose Its gonna be a good char(putting pressure on you). The face....I dunno looks kinda creepy to me, the other things, cool.
So, decided on any attacks? I just may be able to help, by giving ideas
offtopic: Maybe someone will make a character made from magma (lava)

Yeh, me and HM already decided the 6 attacks already
When i started this, i already had everything on my mind, so it was easy to plan things.
