What is the best tutorial about drawing sprites in LF2 style?
i know many guides, but it doesnt take enough information and illustrations for creating somethink really good.

What tutorial? Anyways I think myself nobody takes so much interest in sprites than how they do in DC. Do u need a tutorial about creating sprites from scratch? Draw them and scan and colour or do u need a tutorial on colouring sprites? Like shading and brightness/contrast and texture. Is that it? Pretty hard to find otherwise I can help u if u tell me what u need help on .....

Like zanshin said practice is the key. i know that very well ... you need to work hard for that.
but don't give up. there isn't any better tutorial than your intentions. try it out.. you will get better after the time. one tipp i can give you.. if you have photofiltre use the linetool to make the shading.. that helps you alot believe me.

my sprites are also creepy sometimes.. but never give up. ^^

First thing: ask google about a method for doing xyz
If google doesn't give you the right results, it's time to try it out yourself. You might get some surprises that you didn't expect but this is the try 'n' break method
Just mess around. Eventually you'll get a good result

Imo you need two things to sprite well, know how to draw (poses, proportions, shadows) and how to make it with good quality (good choice of colours, sharp outline, and so on).

For the second one (and a bit of the first one) I usually recommend Matt's tutorial in 13th Zone: Link

That's a good start, but yeah, you need to practice a lot too xD
