Decrease/delete waiting time after searching

Everybody knows the fact that you have to wait 60 seconds after doing a search before doing another.

Why having that function at all? I just find it stupid and pointless. Can't you just remove the waiting function?

decreased to ten seconds, should be quick enough.

search function browse the database for content, if I would compleatly remove the barrier people could try to hack and make tons of searches per second, this would be to much for the server and it crash...
