hm, you won't mind putting up some screenshots and such, and to explain who this skin is for? Because, obviously, a skin is but a replacement spritesheet for an original character.
And now for the skin itself:
A really simple recoloring of Henry, with a green jacket and red palm-sprites.
Also, it seems like something's gone wrong, it got loads of noise on it.
Sorry, but i'll give this one 4/10, because it's a good first work.

especially in the frames where Henry is moving fastly, and his sprites are blurred, you can still see the original colors of his jacket. not THAT nice......
to be brutally honest, it's something that you can do within 5-10mins, depending how fast you can shoot up your graphics program......
Silverthorn / Blue Phoenix ~ Breaking LFE since 2008 ~
It's not that bad since all you really did was do his skin...
I was hoping you did something...you know? with the face and body...oh well...
Here this might help... (on Paint)
Copy and Paste a Char
Outline the char (using something other than black)
Then draw over the char...
Use Other programs like gimp or photoshop to help you on shading and blurryness...
(that was just a tip) -very easy to do by the way
hope you make a new char with the skin...
hopefully change all of it...
