Since this isn't just a single language forum, maybe a few people who are gifted in their language could post weekly tutorials.
I would gladly help teach English, but i didn't know if it would be a good idea.

Most people's English is so good that you can understand them easily. There's no real need for teaching English in here, sorry to say so. Other questions could be a little more interesting, however, don't forget that this forum's purpose is to create a community of LF2-fans, not of (wannabe) multi-lingual people. I'm quite sure, there are a lot of forums helping people to learn foreign languages, and I think that there would be a better place to teach each other. It's a cool idea but it's probably not the best you can do in these forums....

Well I would do it, but I'm only good at specific parts, like spelling, punctuation, and commas. Maybe when I see someone make a grammatical mistake I could correct it for them like at the bottom of my post?(yes that is a question, the way i stated it could be seen as a comment).

Personally I would love to learn Japanese... but I don't think there is anyone on this forum that knows it. I am already on my way to be fluent in Spanish, I can hold up a conversation decently. Personally I like this idea, but then again its only because I see the usefulness of being bilingual in the business world.
And if your willing to pay to learn a language, I would suggest Rosseta Stone, a bunch of my friends are using it to learn other languages and they are moving along pretty quickly.
