EDIT: DAMNIT little bob, you ninja'd me... but you should suggest what to fix up, not just say its bad

is this a showcase thread?
your sprites still need lots of improvement. the arm is very dis-jointed, and looks VERY weird, while his other arm is too short.
I am not sure about that other one, with the super skinny woody, i dont get that. the hair looks like a wig, or an animal, and what is the yellow thing btw?
he is very very blurred. your shading isnt too bad though.
just a suggestion for the pants, add some shading to the inside of his right leg, and add some lighter bits to his other leg.
im sure you can fix these

true, its crap lol. you should've seen the animation, he jiggled around heaps lol.

this is a very good spriting tutorial and i think u can learn very much from it

i dont know wich programm u use to sprite but i would use photoshop.
and if u dont have the possibilitys to get it use gimp or otherwise photofiltre (i think gimp is much better)
