few questions

hi everybody, sry for asking too much but thanks to that i learn so much things.
ok here is some questions that i have for exe. or whatever:
1. is LF2 exe. only manipulate certain IDs(only the original chars) on its random? i've made my own char and put a new id to my data txt for my new char.
2. when i choose my newchar as computer, (i'm not sure, but) its not activating its attacks too much. so how the exe work for a new character?
