they are good but the hair covers the face too much.

shading is kinda bad and the face looks like davis face,

plus in the second sprite you should make short hair.

for your first sprites they are very nice ..proportions are good and the shading isnt too bad and u have a good eye for details...but u shouldnt just use paint...use photofiltre or gimp..they are easy to use and have nice brushes
