It's pretty simle ^^
In the first frame (standing) at the right side will be a couple of key tags:
hit_a means pressing the A key, hit_d is defending, hit_j is jumping. In that frames it will be 0 anyway (that has to do with some special code, referred to the standing frames).
But next to this 3 there should be a couple of more tags:
hit_Ua means D^A
hit_Da means DvA
hit_Fa means D>A
hit_Uj means D^J
hit_Dj means DvJ
hit_Fj means D>J
hit_ja means DJA

So you know, which combinations will result in a move.
NExt to the tags will be a number, this number is the FRAME NUMBER of the specific move... Simply search this frame number within the file and you will get to the move frame. Normally, DCers name the frame like it's move, so you will be able to tell, which combination results in which move ^^

well, can someone tell me the cheat that the game has? it's not lf2.net and it doesn't say what it is after completing the stage!
