well sry if im wrong but i think the character is called edge and he is a ninja from final fantasy (if his name isnt "edge" im saying now its my own sprite and i call him edge)

The shading isn't that awesome but it is ok you should improve the shading of hair.

and because of the details, i think there r not very much details in "real" but i will try 2 add some

here is the new one, i shaded the hair more, i (tried to) add some details like more folds in his skirt ore his muscles in the chest.
i also added his weapons

Yea there's a ninja in final fantasy who's called edge :P
Looks all good except of the shoulders (my opinion):
They dont look round the looks a bit squary.
But will you finish that char or is it just a demonstration of a standing frame?
BTW: awesome sprite! I really like the ThrowingStars! (Shuriken)

But nice sprite. Give him an axe and a shield an it will be fine!
