hey guys (especially the lfe-team)

i had the idea of a hall of fame for sprites where maybe the members of lfe can vote for very epic sprites.
"well... but what should it be 4" u think now maybe... i think it is very helpful especially 4 peolpe who r not very good in spriting yet. so they dont have to search the hole forum 4 epic sprites, but can see them all in 1 thread. they can look at these sprites and copy some kinds (!) of working 4 their own sprites. and i think its also a great glory 4 the creator of this sprites when their sprites r in this thread.

so what do u think?

good idea... maby put there winer sprites and background screanshots from contest? whole comunity deciding about theyre epic so it would be perfect

i think the winners of the sprite contest are already in a "hall of fame" so it wouldn't make sense to put them up again...but maybe we can collect suggestions for "epic sprites" if the idea of a thraed like this gets approved by an admin

yes i mean this 2, but not only this. i mean also sprites which didnt take part on tournaments. sprites which were only postet in e.g. categorie "sprites" but the users think that its an epic sprite, u know?

Why just spriters? Why don't you add DCers and backgrounds artists as well?

yeah i thought the same if somebody coded the ultra epic char and no one finds him in the realeases section than the creator of the ultra epic char will be sad ^^

if this feature is going to be added than add this feature with dc work and hex work to

yes i think takeing bgs in this categorie too is a good idea, but i think it will be a problem to show the DCing-things there because u cant see it in a pic or something like this, u know?
