but it dosent seem the same hair as the char.
plus the char arms look wired.

Hm not bad at all.

All I can see is that the hair in the face pic kinda doesn't match the hair on the character himself.
Also, the poses (standing?) look like he's facing down all the time. (The eyes.)

i still think the arms look wired.
