Well it looks good!
The legs are like adam said a lil bit weird.
Looks like a char which would have moves like woody... a melee-char :P

hmm....while breathing his arms go wide and his neck becomes stretched....

Hmm, just don't make his arms move to the sides, it makes the standing look unnatural.

this char looks very good the only thing i would improve is the right shoulder (left from his perspective) is very much to the right (left from his perspective).

the standing looks good too.

the punching looks good but in the walking make his arms should move.
