wow, the shortest post ever!
im not sure how to do it permanentely, but when you start the fight, press F3
the function keys get locked, but only for that fight!
hope that thelped, coz you obviously up against cheaters

I'm sure it's possible to let LF2 automatically press F3 when a fight starts.

Why do you need to disable it. Theycan't use it in the stage mod. They are already lock. And it would lame turning the cheat of in Vs. mode you can't try out new attacks. I do not do it in my mod.

then I can't help you, but one last thing... if you want to play online with hamachi, the enemy must have the same *.exe as you, else something will crash, so it won't help if only you have the modifiet exe with the cheat's disabled
