here is my next template (yes, i will do MANY templates

The second template from my template series, inspired by Felix/his mod RN-LF2.
It's #2, Steve!
Steve fights only with ninja stars, so in close combat he looses. Try to hold
a (more or less) constant distance to your opponent.
Movelist:
-D>a: boomerang-star, 20mp -> A ninja star that follows the opponent just like
a boomerang, 22-25dmg
-D^a: star rain, 35mp -> Steve throws many little ninja stars into the air,
after a while they come down again; 11-12dmg for
every hit.
